- December 2008 Hours: Closed 24-26Dec and 31Dec-2Jan
- Normal hours resume 5Jan2009.
- Monday: 2:45-6:20PM
- Thursday: 2:45-6:20PM
- From 3:00-3:40PM and 6:00PM-closing, new patients and nutritional patients take precedence. Should a patient require 3 visits within a week, the physician will schedule care during a non-treatment day.
- Please understand that we are here to serve you as the patient. Any phone calls received the morning of an appointment for a medical or life-threatening emergency will not be charged for a missed appointment. Should a patient otherwise miss an appointment, they will be charged for the appointment.
